Do we know if the shooter had a LTCH? They said he went to Range USA frequently. He did have a handgun.

The dumbass also started his attack from a textbook fatal funnel. Not too smart when you think about it.
I wasn’t gonna point that out - but yeah this shooter was a moron…. I bet in his plans he had easily 3-5 minutes to carry this out - then likely take his own life with the pistol when police arrived.

I hope future morons learn from this and get the help they need.

    3 thoughts about that pic:
    1. yes, that is the only pic the MSM should be sharing of the shooter--and this should be the template for how ALL of these assholes are shown...without a shred of dignity and sprawled in their own fluids.
    2. that is exactly how every single one of these murderous ****s should end up
    and a silver lining:
    3. at least (I'm sure entirely by accident) he was thoughtful enough to give the mall maintenance folks an easy cleanup

And sounds like the first victim Mr. Gomez was walking in as he got started - so that’s a few casings - then probably stood there shooting trying to open a path to go on a rampage. I’d be curious if he saw Eli and was returning fire in his direction. Of the 24 shots likely half or so we’re After he started taking fire. I’d like to see the timeline detailed shot for shot.

He never really got out of the restroom corridor. As we know, this could have EASILY been 15-20 bodies. I’d also like to see the time stamp for the first officer on scene.
And remember Eli was behind a column. If he is using that base as cover, Im not sure meatbag would have seen him until it was too late.

Yup. I hope he spent his last seconds wondering what TF was going wrong.

If Eli was behind cover - supported it makes the first shot a touch easier especially if the shooter was looking a different direction. Gives Eli a second to aim / squeeze in a little bit of controlled fashion.

    ^^^ also..

In future situations - those we are 30-50 yards away off to the side - are likely going to be the best chance for taking down the perp. Shooter is likely looking 10-15 yards, the GGWG needs to be outside that kill zone.

Very possible he did not fire any more shots after being hit. Could be the first hit from Eli struck at 5:57:03

That would be awesome too. I just assumed that if the shooter fired 24 rounds before getting hit - you’d think the death / injury count would be higher. I was assuming some of the 24 were in retaliation or errant.
