There are a lot of good 10 min instant pot meals.

I make this one a lot with pepper jack instead of cheddar, and then I leave out the hot pepper sauce.

    Frozen vegetable stir fry
Black eyed peas (we spice up the canned version rather than wait for the dry ones to cook)
Pot roast (just brown both sides, stick in oven & wait)
Instant potatoes (I actually like some brands better than the real thing)
Eggs (I'll eat them all 3 meals in one form or another)

This is good. We have an insta pot as well. They're great for quick one pot meals. We've tried a ton of good recipes found on the internet.

    Hamburgers and home frozen corn.

Making a batch of what we call goulash, though I would share. This has been a staple in our family for years, it’s what dad makes, gets even better the next day, I like mine with some Tabasco.
Pound of burger, pound of elbow macaroni and 4 cans of tomato soup.

Do you add the milk to the soup as if you were just making soup?
