I believe he means any password/email combinations you use anywhere else.
Most people use one email/password combo for all accounts. If that describes you, time to change that password everywhere else.

your just gonna have to take my word on it. I’m not sharing my source because it’s a hosting platform for this type of thing.
plus playing on some of these sites without proper protection or the right platform is a good way to get yourself hacked.
I would suspect FB would keep "deleted" accounts and associated posts, pictures, messages available in an archive for a period of time. You're never truly deleted off of FB. I think it'd be prudent to exercise caution regardless.
