I'll eventually get one of these.

In the interim, I picked up one of these and dropped about 3 pickup truck loads worth from some of my trees

How's the balance on the EGO? Also, I saw some reviews of folks saying that they had to empty the oil reservoir between every use to keep it from making a mess. I opted for the Fiskars manual model for now to keep things simple and see how it would work (pretty good so far). Took down a lot of what I needed to with the lopper, and only needed to use the actual saw for a few larger branches.
So far it is not leaking. I didn't put a lot of oil in it. I also have the Fiskars manual as well, but I had few branches that were too high, wrong angle, and was having issues trying to get through it withe Fiskars. So the Ego went through it like butter.

Go for it, I recorded exactly where I have them at currently. On second thought, only the elevation turret is recorded. Please only mess with the elevation, not the windage. ;)
30mph cross wind simulator. Which direction is anyone's guess.

Realized I lost the elevation turret cap for a Romeo the other day. Called Sig, got 2 on the way for nada. They have the best CS. Last time it was the adapter plate screws for the VMX-3t. I like losing tiny ass parts evidently.

Those little caps on the Romeo5 are annoying to take off, losing one might do me a favor.

Good to know. I have some very high branches over the house, but someone else is going to have to get those I think.
