Had a die hard liberal at work talking about vaccine mandates and how he wishes our company would do that. I told him I wouldn’t do it. He asked if it was mandated what would I do? I said I dunno, I guess collect that universal basic income to sit at home like you guys have been pushing so hard for... he rolled his eyes and walked away.

I guess UBI is only good if it’s liberals using it to condone their laziness. If a Republican uses it to not be controlled it’s an issue. Meh.
Been finding out more about how to combat this increasing tyrannical overreach epidemic. Obviously as you stated, say No.

I will again post a link to forms to present to an employer, so they know they're responsible. The second the Bolsheviks coerce/bully an employee into the shot, you've signed all rights away, particularly if you have adverse side effects and can't work. No workman's comp, no employer covered medical care, etc. You're screwed. Until employees stand firm, it's years of new shots and boosters for the Greek alphabet variants.

Also learned that you should make them fire you. Once employers threaten or declare it's required, file a hostile work environment claim at the unemployment office, that day. If there is a employee firing, you have that on record, and will collect unemployment till the case is heard, which is often years. A lawyer will use this paper trail for your benefit, for civil suits, etc. Disclaimer...it made sense, but watched a video describing the process.

So I have fallen victim to the Kung-flu. I pretty much work on my own, but around other folks, but never for any length of time. I did end up in a meeting a couple weeks ago for about an hour. Not long after that meeting one of the persons in attendance, who was "fully vaccinated" was out sick. This persons daughter was sick and "fully vaccinated" about a week or so before. I am about day 4 or 5 and not doing too bad. The fatigue is a bummer and it seems my wife is not doing well and is higher risk than I. We will play it by ear, but what little faith I had in the vaccine, and it was a little, is gone. At least now I will have natural immunity. Is that still a thing anymore?

Wow, that sucks. I hope you both get better fast with no further symptoms.

As far as I understand it, the vaccine messes up natural immunity you might have had to covid.
I've not seen any studies for post-vaccination infection though.

It seems like this is where we’re at:

The vaccine seems safe, and very effective at preventing very bad outcomes. Because the virus mostly starts in the nose, the vaccine does not prevent someone from harboring/passing the virus or catching a mild form of it prior to the heavy artillery taking it out. The problem with that lies in leveling the moral high ground. If we admit that getting the vaccine is only going to protect the person from getting a bad case, then we can’t shame and control others. At that point it becomes a personal decision that has no effect on others. I think the control angle is real, but at a much lower level. I don’t see a conspiracy to control the masses as much as I see the woke crowd using it to further the “I’m a good person and you’re not” mentality. People will wear masks and get vaccines if they get to ride their high horse while doing it. Once it becomes something that doesn’t impact anyone else, it’s no longer interesting.

    Pregnant ... people?!?
Maybe that’s how they justify sayingf it doesn’t have bad outcomes. Because PREGNANT WOMEN only successfully gave live birth at a rate of around 30/% in the study that I posted in the vaccine thread

Where do you think the crowd got the programming to push the "I'm a good person and you're not" from?

The control angle is very real. We learned about this in grade school regarding peer pressure with drug use, yet so many don't seem to remember.

Peer pressure can be fun too, especially if there are some bridges nearby.

When are the wokeistas/wokeiban going to decide that Ahh-nold’s surname is a variation of the “n-word”???
Years ago I remember Arnold on the Arsenio Hall Show, telling Arsenio how to pronounce his name, emphasizing the n-word part. I think were just some woke ******* away from digging that up and canceling him.
