I don’t want anything to do with the vaccine at this point. I also don’t want to lose my job as a result as I’ve already informed them I have no intention of getting it. If I do, I do and it’ll suck but if I were to turn around and start my own business I should have the right to hire and fire whomever I feel would be the best employee for my business.

What criteria I use should be my business. No one has the right to receive a paycheck I sign. If I don’t want to hire anyone who has had the vaccine I should be allowed to do that. Becoming a business owner doesn’t make my rights less valuable than someone else’s.

Pretty much. I actually had that in mind when I said it.

Who knows just how far this nonsense will go with every major corporation either going full woke, or are just steaming piles of progressive waste in the first place? It wouldn't be so bad if it were just a few companies, but more and more places are putting these ridiculous things in place and you can't go against them unless you don't want to be gainfully employed.

Took the better 2/3's into civilization for quilting supplies and a bought meal.
Saw the signs saying the jabbed don't have to wear masks.
Felt like I needed to pinch myself.

In an at-will state, if the HR department called you in and told you that they found out you owned guns and said their policy is not to employ people who own guns, would that law suit work in your favor? I don't know, because IANAL. But I'd like to know.
Several years ago, I got a "talking to" in my boss's boss's office because someone complained about a screen saver I had on my computer. It was one I made of a series of pictures of some of the guns I own and it "offended" a lady (liberal) on my team. Now keep in mind that I work for the DoD... you know, the people with the most and coolest weapons in the world?

He thought it was pretty silly, and he admitted that he knew I wasn't some wacko. We even talked about my collecting, and the fact that I had an FFL 03, etc., but I agreed to take them down. I replaced them with pictures of My Little Pony, unicorns, rainbows and kittens. I think she got the message. :):

Lots of those signs around here. I identify as vaccinated.
Just got back from Aldi's and they had changed their signage saying that if you were vaccinated you didn't need a mask. I didn't wear my mask, and they didn't ask (I'm not). Same when I stopped at a gas station for smokes on the way home.

I will just say that being self employed has its benefits.

As long as the stick is on the other side of the world... :coffee:
Fret not. You won't be neglected indefinitely. It WILL find its way here.

Make sure you are stocked up on rutabagas since food deprivation will probably be part of the arrangement when it hits full bloom.

Meh. Pakistan has honor killings, too; I'm not expecting to see that find its way here.

There is definitely something deceitful going on. The vaccine is part of the medical "industry" and bottom line they got to stay rich while we subject of bodies therefore put our future in their hands. I personally done trusting anything coming from anyone. Just a sad state our society is in.
    I don't trust your post.
