So I was browsing the news a few days ago and I noticed an uproar caused by gun stores either refusing to sell ammo and guns to Biden voters or asking the buyer who they voted for. This got me thinking about if people who vote Biden should enjoy the same rights that Americans are supposed to enjoy, and do you think other businesses should also follow the path of refusing to offer service to people who vote Biden?

On one hand, the argument could be made that the Second Amendment is supposed to be a right that is guaranteed to all Americans, and thus the private sector shouldn't be allowed to infringe on it. On the other hand, people who vote Biden are (either directly or indirectly) causing business to get worse in the future, and thus you have every right to refuse to serve individuals which pose a significant threat to your livelihood.

    Two thoughts:

1: are they US citizens? Then yes they get guns
2: what's that old quote, the capitalists will sell us the rope we use to hang them.
We let these retards have guns so they can shoot at us?

    It's messy.
But the constitution says citizens can have guns....for now

The examples I've seen of store owner proclamations of refusal to sell guns to liberals are a symbolic gesture and that's about it, as they are easily circumnavigated.

If a liberal Biden supporter should choose to declare themselves as such immediately prior to a purchase, a gun store owner should be allowed to refuse sale to one who chooses to be defiant and argumentative at time of purchase, just as they've always been allowed to refuse sale to anyone else they deem to be of questionable nature.

Now before you say "How do you know the buyer will be defiant and argumentative?" I ask do you really think they're going to avoid argument if the store has made public such a declaration. One might even question their sanity for entering a store with such declaration.

Yup as to the rights we all have but we can also pick and choose who we sell to or should be able to pick.

A ffl reserves the right to not sell to anyone they deemed a danger ...PERIOD... so if they feel it's a threat to sell to biden voters they would be remiss in their responsibility to not sell them one

The 2A applies to all Americans. There's no debate there.

Personally I think its a ridiculous PR move to say "you're not selling to Biden voters" You cant make someone tell you who they voted for. If anything we should be spreading firearm knowledge and making it less scary to people who grew up in areas where they weren't raised around firearms. In the end we may convert people, and if nothing else when the sky is falling like i read about here everyday and we're being put into train cars off to reeducation camps they'll be right besides us because of scary black rifles.

You vote for Biden because he'll "end our gun violence epidemic", then rush out and buy a gun/ammo because...he ran on gun control and wants to push it through.

Him and his ilk are gun grabbers and have been for years, yet "gun owners" were tripping over themselves to vote for him.

More and more lefties are screaming that Trump supporters should be denied first amendment rights, and worse. What exactly do we gain by respecting their rights? a warm fuzzy feeling of righteousness, that's nice, anything else?
I have not seen leftists screaming to deny Trump supporters their first amendment rights. If you’re talking about Twitter, or any other private entity, then that isn’t a first amendment issue.
