That would be awesome if it turns out this treatment would reduce the recovery time to 5 days. It's around the 5 day mark where they're saying the auto-immune response kicks in and things turn to **** from there. That is encouraging news.

reports are not days but hours. the drug is given for those that have the shortness of breath symptom and the drug apparently gets rid of that within hours.

suffocation is what people are dying from.

Yesterday was an aberration of a good day. Seems like those who report the stats may have taken Sunday off. The number was low enough to tip the trend line downward, at least temporarily.

Much will depend on today's rebound, or tomorrow's.

If we get to 10k by next Monday, then 80k by the following Monday is achievable.

Are you talking worldwide or just the US?

    I'm talking about US.

We're still doubling in total deaths about every 3 days. Maybe 4 now. The fluctuations make it more difficult to discern a trend.

I would put 80k on the high end, though.

Is this similar to what was posted in the c-virus #1 thread about using the proton pump initiator over the counter drugs.

Nexium fornexample to stop monocytes from going I to overdruve?

I have a screenshot of the post but no way to show it.

That's funny. It almost sounds like you are cheering for the virus. :)

Only a sick and twisted individual would even think something like that.

Oh I don't think that at all, not for even for a nanosecond. It is just by using the words "rebound" and especially "achievable" make it sound like a positive accomplishment to us sickos. :)

@qwerty - Looks like worldometers increased yesterday's total by about 100.

Wish I knew how that happened.

That is a great point, however, what is stopping one company from opening their operations to an existing PPE manufacturer for a percentage of profits? Would each manufacturing plant need FDA approval if the specs were specific to an existing product?

Yes they would need approval, you can't do anything related to medical without the blessings of the gods...

So when an American company opens up a plant in China and produces a product specific to one manufactured in the USA, that has FDA approval, the China made product needs to be FDA approved before it is released in the USA?

I've seen them adjust their counts as they get new information. If you scroll down to the bottom, for example, they have a note where WV changed their count because they retracted a death attributed to CV. Having said that, they don't mention why a count would have swung by a 100. (Probably a state had some late additions, or something like that).

Yeah, since the number was almost exactly 100 off, part of me wondered if it was a fat finger problem.
