I like the P09. I like the Phantom even betterer. ;)

The P07 is currently my favorite EDC gun. I do like the feel of that better than my P10Cs. I have a couple of P09s but, like you, prefer the feel of the Phantom. For now though, the P07 is the perfect balance in what I want for carry.

After thinking it through and CM bringing sense to the thought process the main concern was a lemon. However, you would figure that out on the 1st range visit or close to it.

Ruger has great customer service I've never had a problem with them.

I'm now torn between the P10F and the P09. I have the money for one so I need some opinions on [BOLD]which one you all would buy if you had to choose just one.[/BOLD]

    The Phantom :)

What are the major difference between CZ shadow 1 and CZ Shadow 2? Anyone?

Externally what I have noticed; Shadow 2 deeper cut under the beavertail gives a different feeling on the grip.
Rear slide serrations on the original shadow are cut vertical instead of slanted.
Surface on the side of the slide where the serrations are cut is straight up and down(vertical)at a right angle to the top of the slide on the original. Shadow 2 the surface is slanted(looking at the end it looks like the top of a stop sign)
I think there are different sights
Internally I don't know about but would be interested in knowing myself.

They had a phantoms new in-stock in Mooresville yesterday. I may roll by there today.

As BenP mentioned, the stock trigger of the Phantom is "meh" by trigger snob standards.

The Phantom I posted a picture of is right about 3 lbs SA and 6 lbs DA. While that took four owners (me being the first and current), time with the Wizard and AllenM, maybe 10K dry fires and a couple thousand rounds - its pretty stellar now. You definitely buy a CZ for what it will become and they truly are a pistol that only gets better with use.

I'm on the West side of Indy, so if any of you in this area, or those who want to travel to this area, who would like to see my Phantom let me know and I can meet up with you.

Why does CZ have their shotguns made in Turkey where so many tukish turd shotguns are made?

Turkey has quite a robust firearms manufacturing industry. Yes, they have many a low cost options. I actually have a couple of inexpensive Turkish made shotguns and they perform quite well.

Cz has some high quality shotguns, too. If I ever buy the right lottery ticket, a CZ All American Trap Combo will be sitting in my safe. Very nicely done shotgun.

That's a great price. Best I saw when I was looking was $525 with $10 shipping. By the time I was ready to buy it was $550 with $35 shipping :(

This was for a P10C OR, but I believe the P10C and P10F were the same price.

I went back up to grab it. It got sold. The LGS owner said she can get one for me for $510 and they were in stock at her supplier. So I slapped down some cash said get me one. So hopefully by next week I'll be the proud owner of a new CZ P10F optics ready 19+1 pistol.

I've only handled one of the CZ Redhead Premieres off the rack and never shot one. However from what I have been told they don't hold up so well as regularly used target guns. Otherwise they get good reviews as hunting guns and occasional target use

No question. You’re not running 50,000 rounds through some of the modestly priced guns - Turkish made or otherwise.
