Unsure who was who, officers handcuffed all of the men and put them on the ground as the shooter bled out into the grass and died.
Yes.
That is what happens. The officers need to figure out what's going on.
The "perp" bled out, because he decided to kill people.


But police also noted that armed citizens can complicate volatile situations. The first of 57 uniformed police officers arrived just a minute after the initial 911 calls and found a complex scene with multiple armed people and no clear sense of what had happened or who was responsible.
Ah. The old "police won't know what's going on".
1) And yet, the police didn't go crazy and just start shooting. They evaluated the situation.
2) Within a minute? Well, sit there under fire for a minute, then come back to me and describe it as "just a minute".


“We don’t want people to be vigilantes,” Bo Mathews, a spokesman for the Oklahoma City Police Department, said in a recent interview. “That’s why we have police officers.”
Vigilantes? Maybe become familiar with the word. A "vigilante" would be if they pursued a "guilty party" to administer "justice".
Not someone stopping someone from killing people.

This is why every woman needs to have a gun. It is NOT a DGU, but you should make every lady you know watch it. The felons later killed two.

San Antonio resident kills home invader

The suspect broke into a home in the 3600 block of West Houston Street around 10:50 p.m. while armed with a rifle.

When confronted by one of the home's residents, the suspect started shooting at them, but the resident returned fire and killed the suspect.

UPDATE:
Was not the intruder's first rodeo, but it became his last.

The deceased is Edgar Ramon, 34.

Googling around finds this in Feb 2017:

William Ramon, 34, and Edgar Ramon, 33, kicked in the front door of a residence, according to information in affidavits. Edgar Ramon then put a handgun to the man’s head and demanded all the money he had. After stealing the money, he then hit the man several times in the back and told him he was part of the Mexican Mafia and he would be killed if he called the police, the affidavits stated.

The victim was able to get away.

It's been awhile since I watched this video - Actaeon is right, she goes on a bit so not watching it again -- but I think she's actually from Florida, just went to Canada. IIRC correctly the person she stayed with in Canada, if he wasn't in on the invasion of his own house, probably knew who was involved and didn't seem to give a flip about what happened to her. She needs better friends.

They forced in the door, she screamed but the neighbor did not realize it was her, beat her up, smashed her in the head with fists and a sledge hammer and asked her where the guns and money were.

Took her in the bed room and threw her on the bed and told her to lie on her stomach. She rolled off the bed onto her knees (with her hands tied she looked like she was in a praying position) they choked her out.

They tossed every drawer and cupboard in the house. the searched the attic crawl space. They took everything! They took her downstairs to the garage and threatened to kill her with the sledge hammer and stole her fathers car.

They later committed two homicides while using the car.

In the follow up video she shows x rays and explains all that is wrong with her.

Houston husband hears commotion in driveway, goes out with gun to find two men trying to force his wife into house at gun point. Husband shoots one BG in head, other escapes. Wife and husband unhurt.

A dude defends himself with his AR and then has a second AR to do an AR New York reload and continues to service the bad guy? That guy goes in the Rhino Hall of Fame.

Given the relatively minor injuries, I'm curious if the hits were passthroughs from the body or windows of the vehicle.
