When did this become a social problem? When was the last time you heard of a case of "bathroom discrimination"?
That's right, you haven't heard about it, because it is not now, and never has been the "crisis of humanity" that the Obama administration want you to believe.

Why this topic, and why now?
There's something else going on behind the scenes that they don't want you paying attention to, so they manufacture a crisis.

Sounds to me like schools need to have locked restrooms to limit their use to 1 at a time. But my biggest concerns are locker rooms and after school activities when there is less supervision.

However, I also think this is about flexing the Fed's muscle. Schools and States are pushing back on many fronts: Common Core, firearms, religious and social issues, etc.... On THIS one, though, the Feds hold the upper hand: money. Schools cannot afford a federal lawsuit, and cannot afford to operate without Federal dollars. There is also no COST (money) to them for obeying. So, just do it. Shut up about it, and get back to training the next wave of minions.

Yep. They are pushing this because they can and they want to set precedent. Which of course, now makes the election and supreme court nominations of the next president even more critical.

It's a shame there is no republican candidate we can trust to nominate justices who will see through through this BS and put a stop to it rather than endorse it.

Can you imagine the reaction from the left if this were a Republican president issuing a decree that creationism be taught in every school in the country? Or that a curriculum must be developed to teach the virtues of Ronald Regan?

Their heads would explode. Yet this they cheer.

This is not about transgender people at all. It's about picking an issue under the guise of civil rights in order to establish precedent and power of the federal government to undercut state and local control.

I do not want young girls in my wash room either. A man in America is automatically damned by anything that comes out of a females mouth. Any lie automatically sticks. All we hear about is perverted men. There is a problem the other way also. I have been on a counseling team for two middle aged women with severe depression. The root of their depression was found to be that as teenagers they falsely testified against a mothers boy friend and a step father that ended up getting those men put in jail. None of those women were imprisoned for their perjury. After destroying those men's lives and suffering for the emotional cost of that lie they fessed up, but the harm was already done. We have already seen several high profile cases where a woman recanted her false charges where freeing an innocent man from prison. Of course the man is never made whole, in addition to his lost years, most of the potential of the rest of his life is grossly stunted.

All any attention seeking female needs to do is exit the men's room screaming, and you are already guilty, even if you never even spoke a word. A arrest will be made. All any money hungry person needs to do is side with her. Lawyers on both sides will be glad for the work. Peoples life savings will be eaten up. There will be no justice. All because of this smoke screen issue created by those who want to destroy America.

Absolutely disgusting is what this. I'll be damned if my daughter has to share a bathroom with boys, especially as she moves to the higher grades. There is something more sinister in this whole mess. Why would you cater like this to what, im guessing less than 1 percent the population. I guess its about all i can expect from democrats and this administration. Really not surprised at this transgender movement being as there's a tranny sleeping next to bath house Barry every night. Dont get me wrong, to each his own, but i know there is gonna be a lot of bad results because of this. Real simple to solve this problem. Every school ive ever been in has a bathroom in either the teachers lounge, nurses room and or the principles office. The transgender community can use those.
