At least it's not like the United Kingdom. I remember reading about a "stockpile" of criminal weaponry. It was a Skorpion SMG, a 1911A1, and a 160+ year old pinfire revolver. They had something on the order of 40 rounds of ammunition. I had a good laugh at how hysterical some people were over it.

What sort of rifles were those first ones shown in the video? They looked pretty cool, but I've never seen anything like them.

Oh, and lol at the "grenade" that was obviously one of the deactivated paper weights they sell for $10 at gun shows.

So a couple of convenience store and drug store robbers got busted for robbery and the cops found some guns?
Glad they caught the bad guys.
I just hope they don't trace these guns to "Fast and Furious" or CNN will re-elect Obummer and Holdem again.

Are you talking about the rifles that have charging handle knobs like the swiss k31? I did not recognize those either. Maybe they are "swiss sig amt" rifles?
Yeah those are the ones. I'd never heard of the model, but it sure does look like them now that I looked them up. A very odd firearm to show up in the cache of these yahoos.

With a title like that, I thought that maybe it was like the training display rifles a friend owns. Stood on end, the Garand is north of 6 feet tall.

    Could be anywhere
At least it's not like the United Kingdom.

In the UK last year they actually put a veteran in jail because he found an old shotgun while digging his garden, when he took it to the local bobby shop to turn it in they arrested him for illegal transportation of a firearm...at that point it was just a piece of old wood and metal that used to be a firearm, now filled with dirt. Yet they have criminals that run around with automatic weapons and actual hand grenades.

And, yeah, as far as a weapons cache goes this was not giant...only in the People's Republik of Kalifornia...
