Hmmm...how do you keep the chicken from running out of between the bread? ...and what about the egg, don't they roll pretty easily?

Looks like you never made a freakin sammich?!

I use a nail gun to keep the chicken in place and smash the egg with a hammer to make it all flat.

Nails remind me that I mentioned my neighbors nail gun incident in a recent post:

My next door neighbor was suicidal and barricaded himself into his bedroom by nailing all the doors shut with a nail gun. The swat team and dozens of cops came out and there was an hours long armed standoff. He ended up giving up and was taken to a psychiatric hospital. Somehow the guy managed to keep his job as a guard/trainer at a Federal prison. :dunno:

I'll give my neighbor credit, he prepared for his meltdown pretty well. He apparently moved an air compressor with nail gun into his bedroom along with a bunch of lumber ahead of time. The cops said that there were boards and nails everywhere. :n00b:

It was kind of scary to look out the window to see a cop car parked in my yard and a cop with a shotgun taking cover behind it. I'm surprised we weren't evacuated.

After (don't mind the burnt in the middle, it's just runoff sauce that got burnt when I turned on the boiler to crisp up the bacon)

Yeah, I know my way around a grill pretty well...still learning my way around the kitchen. I finally got pork chops on the grill down without making them dry, now I just need to get the oven figured out and I'll be good to go. :yesway:

Oh yeah, for sure. The Mrs. doesn't get home til later so I do most of the cooking. She doesn't complain. I'm really good at eating so I'm learning how to be good at cooking too.
