Where else other than Lucas Oil Stadium could so many politicians and VIPs feel so safe sound so many guns? Having the freedom to carry in there was a great feeling. If only it was that way all the time...

I was there for about an hour earlier today on a work escort. I could not believe how huge and crowded that place is! I only went from the dock area to the Bushnell booth and just in that short distance my head was spinning. I will be going back in the morning on my own time so I cannot wait to go poke around. It looks like there is a lot to see and touch!

INGO continues to rub influential elbows. I had dinner with the CEO of Ruger, Michael Fifer, last night . . . OK, well, I was in Mikado at the same time that he was.:D
We can call that kind of stuff braggin' rights?? Well, heck!! I had lunch several weeks back with the CEO of Schroeder Bauman and at the same table! In fact, he bought my lunch and did the same for a shooter friend I brought along. Soooo NEENER. :p

Great day and a great show. Parking was less than fun at 11 this morning and the crowds were huge but the show was great. So much to see and all the pics from INGO showed that I missed plenty. I might go back this weekend. If you have the chance or are even thinking about going, GO. Zero lines anywhere and getting in was a breeze. I upped my NRA membership to 5 years and bought some silver. Saw MAC, Gunny, and many more. Good stuff all around. It is nice to see and finger all the stuff and not be cooped up at some "gun show". This is a very well run convention and great for the city.

The best part was all the women. (Not in a creepy way) but it was fantastic to see this as a family event with wives and GF's interested in firearms and self protection. So pack up the family and go this weekend.

I saw something really cool at the iSights booth. This thing was really more amazing than I would have given it credit. Of course I had to have a little fun and make it look like it was designed so I could still surf INGO while at the range.

I got to meet a lot of folks that are celeb's in the gun world. Only got this one pic though.

I had to get some Appleseed swag for me and the kids.

Santorum frothing for the cameras. I really dislike that sleazebag.

Sig MPX-SD, which one Sig rep told me would be available in semi-auto (though it's LE only for now). But then again, another Sig rep told me the MPX-SD in the picture was an "SBR" when it was clearly a full auto variant, so who the hell knows if those guys know what they are talking about.

This crazy slim 3 shot revolver from Century. According to the Century rep, they are actually manufacturing it themselves, not importing. So, be prepared to lose some fingers (only half kidding).

Got photos with The Gunny, Jerry Miculek, Hickok45. Also took pics of Massad Ayoob and "Yulia" the Red Army ammo gal.

Going back with Miguel Jr in the morning!

I also said a quick "hello" to Kyle Lamb at the end of the day.

The show was fun. Met several INGO members and many Appleseed folks! :rockwoot:

How many protesters are there outside the convention? Anyone have any issues with these people?

I didn't see any protestors, but I heard a guy talking about someone at the show confronting the Zionsville anti-gun house wifes club and made one of them cry.
Hope it was true and taught her a lesson.
