Well guys, my time has come.

Applied, L1, paid with CC 6/20
Local PD cashed my MO 6/24
    Issued: 8/9
    Received: 8/15

Whoa!!! This makes me super excited. I submitted my app (and paid cash) to the local PD on 6/21. I forget the exact date I did L1 but it was approx 1-2 weeks prior. Hopefully this means mine could be here any day now. Should note that I've never been arrested and the only encounters with the police are two speeding tickets. I did however submit L1 fingerprints about a year earlier for Child Protective Services so I could be cleared to supervise foster children. I'm sort of worried that those being in the system for that already will flag me.

I have been following this thread for some time and just joined. There apparently is no method to the states madness. I applied on 7/1 paid by cc, L1 on 7/2, issued on 8/9 and received 8/16.

That is the normal time frame from a few years ago. Getting it in a few weeks, not really believing that. Not even in the good days. If you appied and did not pay the local fees and just paid the local fee's 2 weeks ago I could buy that. I forgot to pay my local fee's and recieved a PH call froma nice lady at the state police asking me if I really wanted my LTCH beacuse I had not paid them. I paid the fee and 6 days later I got my LTCH. It was about 6 weeks from the start to end.

New to the forum but been visiting for some time. Have been waiting 16 weeks or so for my 4 yr LTCH. No criminal history at all, not sure what's going on. Should I contact Marion County or ISP first? Of course I sent an e-mail yesterday and no reply, go figure.

    MO cashed and fingerprints 4/20
paid local fees at the county building 5/2

I got ahold of ISP yesterday and they cannot find my application (did everything electronic). Had to scan and e-mail all my receipts saying I paid and did my fingerprints. No word on when I'll get it but said they will get with me on Monday. They said they would push it to the front when they find it; hopefully that's soon!

Hopefully no one else application has been lost/misplaced.. I know some people have been waiting over 6 months with no criminal history

The times are getting better. My wife updated to lifetime on 7-31. Did L1 and paid local Hendricks fees same day. It arrived Friday 8-16 in the mail.

    Woo Hoo!!

    Applied 6/26/13
Electronic fingerprints, payment, etc. on 6/27/13
    Issued 8/9/13
    Received 8/17/13

Mr. LadyG applied two days prior. Since he isn't home from work yet, I will leave everyone in suspense as to the status of his LTCH.

I hope with all these under two month
Turn arrounds that they are doing something
With the six month plus apps

I feel for you. Speculation but maybe they are trying to make sure they "don't break the law" on any more applications and ensuring all of them get processed in 60 days now while also slowly working down the backlog (which they have already broken the law on).

That's the only thing that makes sense to me.

I wonder if I'm the first person to find out he received his LTCH by reading the thread?
