Just out of curiousity what version of PG-13 are we following here? Last time I looked at the ratings I believe even brief nudity was allowed in a movie rated PG13.

How does one do brief on the internet??? As long as the pic is available for viewing, it's briefness would be at the discretion of the viewer, so I believe a no nudity stance is what PG-13 stands for on this site.

I was the mod who pulled it. It was just a tad over the line and not offensive as such. Not a big deal except this thread is a slippery slope waiting to happen and I am just trying to keep things from going to far.

If the poster can find another pic with a bathing suit or more clothing, I welcome him/her to post it.

If these two are the case then shouldn't we say it has to be rated PG or G? I mean if we are going to use the movie guidelines to help us know what is acceptable and not acceptable then why don't we use the correct ones? I mean you tell me that it has to be PG-13 which according to the movie industry means one thing, but when posted it is removed and the reason cited that it violated the rules. Why don't we just say that it has to be suitable for ALL ages (hence the G rating)?

I'm not trying to start an argument or a war here. I am just trying to understand how we are applying the rules so I know what is and isn't allowed. If you read the ratings system put in place for movies a movie can garner a PG rating even if it has brief nudity. SO I guess the rating of PG-13 here equates to a G rating in movies. (Motion Picture Association of America)
