Chez, I'm glad I'm not the only one who remembers that movie (and that scene).

    "Kick him in the nards!"
    "Do wolfmen have nards?"

Someone rep him for me, I need to spread it around.

I'm going to guess your friend exaggerated the true nature of the encounter a bit. If it did happen, like others, I would be tickled to see the evidence.

I read this whole stupid thread to page 9 and I got to see no picture of the ticket, I want my money back!

AFAIK tickets are printed electronically, with the violation on the ticket. So unless the ISP officer gave him a handwritten ticket for no holster, it did not happen. If it is a handwritten ticket, then go down to the nearest post and complain about the stupid fake ticket. Maybe it says to mail the payment to the officer's PO BOX.

    Why?! People amaze me.

Of all of the things to pick on in this thread, you chose that?

That's one of the few non-bogus things on this thread, imho.

I know I'm under no legal obligation to tell the LEO, but I'd rather not put myself nor the LEO in the position of a suprise discovery. I don't think the fall-out would be very enjoyable.

That story is nothing like the one you told in your initial post.

What did you expect? You told us he was cited for not using a holster. There is no such law. Now you tell us he was cited for not having a carry license. Which is it?
