Haha I went to Great Clips and got the $6.99 special with my coupon. The lady that cut it was the manager. It is just way to short in the back for me. I hate it but it will grow back. I asked her not to stack it and she did. She was supposed to bob it. Big difference. Well thanks for letting me **** and moan. Whoever sees me at the 1500 please be kind with your opinion. I know she cut off at least 3 inches. May not sound like much but it is to me. Sorry no pics of this mess.

Indeed!! Bad things need to happen to her (I don't mean deathy things, but at least maybe expensive-speeding-ticket things). Tell her '1930's not 1980's!'. Sheesh!!

Yep, you can get a good haircut at Great Clips 90 % of the time. Its the 10% of the time that seems to create memories. You can just tell people your knifes are so sharp they occasionally get away from you

I understand you're upset b/c it's not what you asked for, but I bet it looks way better than what you think.

This is why I like to go to the same person all the time. I have appointments with the woman who cuts my hair. My wife used to go to Great Clips, but got sick and tired of all the different people messing it up. So she started going to the same person I go to. I spend a little more money, but it's worth it.

I actually am entertaining thoughts of buzzing it and giving myself a short mohawky thingie for the summer. It's too warm out, already!, and it'd be a ton easier to keep pink/purple if it was shorter.

I usually cut my own hair with a short "mohawk" on the top only- not down the back also. Well, I wanted a full mohawk that ran all the way down the back, so I went to Great Clips, because I didn't think I could shave the back by myself. They messed the back up, so I shaved it off. Next time I'll try it myself.

On a related note, I see alot of the men on here go to salons. I say support a dieing industry, go to a Barber. It makes a difference. No offence to salons, but specialized service that comes from Barbershops is something that a guy doesnt get in a salon.

I used to go to Big Leauge Barbers but once I start having someone cut my hair for me again I will check out the locak Barbers.... I hear there is one or two good ones on the south side.

I actually like Great Clips. My hair is sorta wavy and nobody can ever cut it right. They do ok, I just missed their $6.99 Special! Anyway when I was a kid riding around in my Model A my GFs always cut my hair. Now when I say that ppl act as if I'm on CRACK. Does anyone else remember that?

Like I said earlier my hair is hard to cut and has a mind of it's own. So if I don't just buzz it off myself, which I'm starting to feel the need to do again, I just hate paying anymore than I have to to get the same result. Plus barber shops are few and far between. Great Clips is just down da street. I'd like to find a barber with a cracker barrel and a soda pop machine, jus don't see it happening.

KILL IT WITH FIRE... that reverse mullet is intimidating.

I'm a barber shop man, myself. I get to scratch myself, look at old copies of Field & Stream and I've been going to the same location for a hair cut longer than I can remember. I'm 4 barbers later than the original one that cut my hair but where else can you trust a crazy man to rant about politics (that you typically agree with) while he has a straight razor to your neck and an apron thrown over your front?
