    Our politicians and most other citizens who are blind to the fact that their is crime are so messed up.

    On a side note she can move in with me I'll let her own all the guns she wants. :naughty:

    Did you read the story on WHY she wants a gun? Walking the dog, left the front door unlocked while out, saw scruffy dude, went inside, then went BACK out to look for scruffy dude, found a dozen of them on a dead-end street, and she was all alone. IDIOT. I hope she gets some sense before she gets a gun.

    That, and the laws in our nations capital are insane, to the point that citizens are all but subjects, and the criminals run free (or hold office).

    Is this not a defacto ban? The arrogance of the elected officials never ceases to amaze me. I just hope we continue to be a thorn in their sides till they re-read their oaths of office and realize what those words mean.

    Oh yeah, she's hot too!!!!:grabass::naughty:

    Wow good post about the steps needed in D.C. for owning a gun but also for showing us that not every reporter is afraid to give a good article on gun ownership

    And yes she is hot :)

    A geographical oddity
    Hasn't been an update to the story for since the OP, but if it takes all of that to be able to get the gun, can you imagine the horribleness that would ensue if you actually HAD to use it in a SD situation?

    Not sure if this is the right place to post this, hope it's not a dupe. Links are to an ongoing story of a reporter in D.C. that wants to buy a gun. I thought it was interesting

    this is essentially a handgun ban. Nice to know that DC feels that they are ABOVE the law.....kind of like that STATE to our WEST.....
