    What exactly constitutes an official reason to be tipped off to the FBI and labeled a terrorist? Well the FBI has dispersed fliers to various industries and written customized lists of suspicious activities that they want shop owners to watch for. They are all pretty standard terrorist behaviors, hardly worth mentioning. But why not;

    • Paying in cash.
    • Asking for any privacy in the transaction.
    • Paying in advance.
    • Failing to pay rent on time.
    • Having an odd schedule.
    • Being unfriendly.
    • Being a new customer from out of town.
    • Being impatient.
    • Buying large amounts of something.
    • Signs of burns on your skin.
    • Stains on clothing.
    • Missing a finger.

    Skim through the fliers and see for yourself. There may be other businesses targeted, but these were all I could find while researching. Gun shops also got the flier, although I cannot find a copy. But this news article has an interview with a shop owner who gives us a few clues about what is on that one. Buying large amounts of ammo, paying in cash, and buying gun accessories were amongst the terror traits.

    Posting on internet forums about topics such as SHTF, which gun is better for CQB and 1000yd shooting, how to make my hi-point FOOL OTTO, ....

    Or, maybe that shouldn't be purple...I'm sure I just got myself on some lists just by posting that. :rolleyes:

    ...and yet, we have members on this forum who believe that if a person is on a terrorist watch list, that is sufficient cause for them to be imprisoned, tortured, and/or executed without any kind of proof or due process.

    The bar for declaring someone a 'terrorist' is getting lower all the time...

    At airports, being an old lady with white hair, or a 6 year old girl is enough to get you totally molested, but women wearing burkas are ignored.

    So be friendly, pay with a credit card, and wear a burka and you will never be suspected of anything.
