Man that is just wrong on so many levels.
There is a rift in the force.

I will bet it is the best G platform out there if they did it.

I have read positive reviews. I have never checked into the cost. But in the end it is a Glock and Glocks aren’t supposed to cost $1000 bucks (or whatever the total is). No dig on Glocks because I am a fan. But little bit of trigger work and a good set of sights is all they really need.

To make them functional, but I'm a fan of grip reduction to get them fitting my hands and adjusting their Glock Hump POA

The thread title reminded me of the classic, "Put that thing back where it came from or so help me! [So help me!]"

ETA: its a nice customized Glock, but still a Glock - for good and for ill.

    . . . I'm a fan of grip reduction to get them fitting my hands . . .

This. They're called handguns. They should fit your hand. To me that's the best thing about a Glock. They are cheap enough you don't feel bad about taking the tools to them and the plastic is easy enough to work on. [Of course it's also easy to ruin]

What exactly am I supposed to be looking at here? The slide serrations? The frame stippling? (Never understood why someone would irreversibly alter the serialized part of a firearm like that, but whatever.) The fact that someone apparently paid in excess of a grand for a Gucci'd up Plastique Fantastique handgun?

I had a custom gun builder shoot me a price on a custom Glock 40. Trijicon RMR, new KKM barrel, trigger group from a place I had never heard of, grip reduction, yada, yada. $4000.........no joke.

    Not far from the tree
    Rift, my butt.

The fabric of time has been torn asunder.

Personal opinion is that no plastic pistol is actually worth more than about $400. Will people pay more?
Yes they will. Steel for me, plz.

Wait, wait, wait. According to comments I've read a glock was already perfection incarnate! How do you improve on perftion? Was somebody on the internet lying? Help me to understand!
Glocks are good, just not for me.
