Question about the LTCH

Do I have to wait until my 4 year LTCH expires before I apply for the Lifetime or can I go ahead and do it?

IIRC you have to wait until like 6 months, maybe a year before expiration. My experience was that even though you apply early, they won't send your new LTCH until something like 30 days before your other one expires.

According to IC 35-47-2-6, the period during which an application for the renewal of an existing license may be filed begins 365 before the expiration of the existing license.
