I retrieved my man bag this week. . . .

From the Greenwood Police property room. Y'all need to give me some grief because the officers at the temporary property room refused to. I apparently got in a hurry and left it in the cart in the Sam's club parking lot. I am grateful to the good Samaritan who turned it in, unmolested.

On body carry only for me from now on.

Now submitted for the abuse i deserve.

Only way to carry is on your body. But I gotta ask, is it one of those European man bags or more of a Murse? I don't want to judge...but if you just really feel the need to carry a purse or a clutch handbag use it for your tourniquet, flashlight, perfume and lip stick. Guns deserve to be carried in an appropriate holster. Now, lets all just be more responsible

My spouse carry's in her purse which I am fine with. What I am not fine with is her leaving said purse in the shopping cart while she looks around. An easy target. Makes me nuts.
She has gotten much better at keeping it on her shoulder.

A good friend of mine's wife carries in her purse, and sits the thing down and walks away on all the time. He happens to be an NRA instructor so it absolutely drives him insane.

Are you a cop? Because I heard only cops leave their guns behind when they go places.

And it also wasn't left in a bathroom... don't forget that.

OP, I bet there was some panic going on when you realized what you had done. I bet that took a few years off the lifespan.

I’m glad it worked out for you! And very happy to hear that an honest human being found it! Do you have contact info for them? I’d make sure they got a gift card to a nice restaurant or something.

Oh, and glad you learned a lesson.:yesway:
