With the fall weather approaching and new bottles being released, and the recent bourbon thread, what fine drinks are we sippin on tonight?

There have been similar threads years back but its time for a new one.

I will start this one.

I think a top of this XO special is on the menu, I dropped my cognac glass

I might just finish the last of my E.H Taylor small
