Used to do the flashlight thing at old Atterbury. Also keep pull down bullets from cheap 5.56, 30-06 and anything else that doesn't pop. Have also found myself taking steel wool to cases that have tarnish marks on them.

You take a case of Lake City 30-06 blanks, dump the powder, size the crimp out of the neck, then load them to M2 Ball. (Trust me, it works flawlessly)
