This a rifle I had built when I had illusions of shooting highpower.
It shoots the 6mm AR Turbo cartridge which is based on the 6.5 Grendel necked down to 6mm and then the shoulder is bumped foward about 1/8" this round will can stay supersonic out to 1400 yds.
Specs as follows:
28" Hart Barrel with gas port extended 2" to reduce recoil. which BTW is less than 223.
Muzzle end is turned down to accept front sight mount
Alexander Arms Billet upper with Alexander Arms Bolt and carrier.
Same bolt used for 6.5 Grendel.
Also has side charging handle.
DPMS Lower with JP Enterprises Competition Trigger.
IronStone fully adjustable Buttstock.
Adjustable Handstop.
The upper for this rifle was assemble by Robert Whitley the inventor of this cartridge.
I am including loading dies, 2 mags 1 recipe 200 pieces of brass and 200+ berger 108gr bullets.
As I mentioned before the brass is 6.5 Grendel so it is easy to come by and simple single process fireform to adapt it to this caliber.
I have ran about 110 rounds through this gun and have not fireformed a full 100 pieces of brass yet. The rifle is virtually brand new
I have 45 rounds loaded with my first promissing recipe but never fully tested or dialed it in but it is a 1 hole gun. one of the nicest shooting rifles I have had the opportunity to shoot.
I WANT $2000.00 for everything I have related to this rifle. which is far less than I have invested.
This would be a FTF sale only I am West of Indy in Avon.
I might trade for just about anything of value that interests me.
I would sell just the upper with accessories for $1450.00
