What should I expect to pay to have a chip fixed in my windshield. It is just a little star break about a 1/8 inch. If it was a newer car I would just wait and see if it spreads and replace the windshield, but it is 20 years old so I don't want to spend $300. to $400 for a new one.

If you have Comprehensive, it should be free to replace .....

As I recall a spider crack can't be resined. You need a bullseye for that kind of fix to work.

Maybe the pros can fix those but the diy kits say no.

I need to get a rider for my windshield. If I fix this bullseye, it will be my fourth windshield. I bought it new in 2012.

Perhaps I could humbly suggest practicing with your slingshot OUTSIDE and AWAY from the car?? It's just a thought, but might be cheaper in the long run...

Well this is a gun forum. Is the chip on the outside? Or were you practicing shooting from the inside of the windshield? :D
