Would like to build an SBR.....

But before I start down this route, I'd like to know if Monroe County PD will signoff on the paperwork? Bloomington is a pretty liberal town. OTOH, I had no problems when I filed for my LTCH.

LTCH is shall issue, which means if you meet the requirements, they HAVE to issue it to you. NFA is a little different, they dont have to sign off. If they wont, you can still get a trust made and do it that way.

BPD Chief Diekhoff will sign off on the paperwork without hassle. I've done many transfers and never had a problem. I know several people that have done transfers with the sheriff signing off. They have never had an issue either.
