All this talk about terrorists starting fires out west.
I highly doubt that terrorists could start any fires in California because "Cal Fire" would start them before they had a chance to.

The more acres that burn, the more money Cal Fire gets in their budget for the next year. When they're supposedly putting them out, they act aggressive but actually let them burn.
I'm not a conspiracist. I watched it happen.

I can't speak for the other states over that direction.
