I have one, and am happy with it. I can't compare it to any other .45 suppressors, but I am happy with it's performance.

I got mine from US Defense also.

Right now my host is a Glock. I have plans to change that because I need an excuse to buy another pistol.

I can't answer your question of what store has one, but I will say shop around. When I was looking for mine, I saw shops charging anywhere from nearly SRP and then a couple charging hundreds less. Hopefully an INGO supporter store will have one at a good price.
I have had mine for over two years. I love it! My host is a G21.

I have one that I bought from Beech Grove Firearms for a pretty decent price. I run it on my ATI Thunderbolt 1911 .45 and my FNX .45 Tactical, as a periodically on my other hosts (including some 9mm pistols and a .300 BLK AR pistol... with subsonic ammo only). I've been pretty happy with it and it's sound dampening.
