The bill has NOT been shut down. I passed the house. The bill will now be debated in the Senate. Once it passes both houses in identical form, it gets sent to the president.

This bill is STILL ALIVE and I myself think there is a 90%+ chance of having some version of if signed into law. Call your congressman and your senators.
