What regulations changed for Shotgun season

What has changed for Shotgun season this year? Is it still Doe only at the Reservoirs? I am only asking cause I was told that if you buy the hunting license bundle it doesn't matter. I just want to make sure I follow the correct law and not what some dummy told me cause some bubba told him.
