As far as non-carry guns, I like 1911s, CZ75s and High powers.

Tried carrying a couple different 1911s and it just didn't work out for me. Carried a CZ PCR (very similar to the P-01) for many years but I just prefer smaller guns for actual carry use. G43 and Shield Plus.

If you like shoulder holsters for the occasion when you might want to carry it.... I find the Hi Power usable as a cc gun without being to much of an issue with weight.

I have a couple holsters each for 1911s, CZs and BHPs. I just haven't really attempted to carry any of them in quite some time.

I was thinking about ordering a Versacarry for a 4.25" 1911 and giving that a whirl once again.

I have always been a 1911 guy. Lately the weight the size and the odds of me being in a gunfight being slim to none I pulled the trigger and got me a FN Reflex. 13+1 in a micro compact.
The thing that got me was its SAO Hammer fired and the trigger is quite crisp... So I can no longer talk crap on polymer pistols. After testing 1 or 2 hundred rounds i will be carrying it

I've been carrying my Colt Delta Elite 10mm more that anything else, almost exclusively for several years now.

Just recently though I bought an FN510 and looking at moving more that direction. Been doing a deep cleaning of the Delta and a few other guns while looking at holsters for the FN and so carrying my G20 all the time for now.

Besides my previously mentioned P229 and 92FS....I have to say that I really like ccing this J frame airweight S&W with a pachmayr grip and in a Bianchi Professional iwb holster.
