    I believe it is Chinese, and it translate as, "We have tried to call you with no response. Any information will be use to collect the debt you owe, have a nice day!":dunno:

    I ordered a couple things from an Amazonish mall recently, and the auto-response "your order has been processed" email was interspersed with stuff like that with a trace-back to Guangdong Province, China.

    That "stuff" is hanzi. A little respect please, the Chinese were making a written language while our ancestors were painting ourselves blue and living in oak trees.
