I bought a bushmaster after 9/11 during the notorious assault rifle ban .It had a pinned collapsible stock (got a collapsible one at same show) & a welded muzzle brake. My question is are there threads under that muzzlebrake or just welded on .Ive read different threads where this has been done with other rifles (mostly AK's) & wondering if anyone has done this before I attempt it myself or just live with the muzzle brake on it
