I had mucho fun and met some great people. Thanks to Mr. Skroggster for leading me around and the constructive critique.

I had a blast. Great stages. I made some mistakes and learned a bunch of stuff. Didn't shoot myself or anyone else. Didn't DQ. I believe I only had one miss for the day. I'm sure I was a bit slow. All in all a really good day and first time out. A BIG thanks to everyone who was mentoring me today.

My most memorable mistakes (LOL):

1) I hit the intersection and my mind went blank.

2) Forgot to sweep the thumb break on my holster on a draw.

3) Dropped a loaded magazine as I went to insert it in the firearm. Fortunately I still had another magazine on my belt.

I was beginning to think I was the only one running a CZ. I run a SP-01 in the land of XD's and MP's.

I love my CZ pistols. I'm sure I'll likely run some of my others in the future as well.

Dave pulled out everything for this one. Star ,clam shell, swingers, and a good classifier. Lots of fun for this time of year. Jt my classifier was 76%. just barely an A class score. Though it would be a lot better than that!!

I can't help you with specifics, but I'm sure it is explained here.

Looks like minimum caliber is .38. Maximum capacity is 6.

I want to try revolver sometime too. Sounds like ICORE Limited or Steel Challenge are our only opportunities for 8-shot wheelies tho'.

You can shoot 8 shot wheel guns in production division. I believe 8 shots are allowed in revolver division, but you can only take 6 shots between reloads. If you take that 7th shot with out reloading, you move to open.

I really should have broke down and went. If I'm lucky, I will get to shoot Atlanta...This is addicting. I feel like I need to tie a belt to my arm and inject some heroin just to get through the next 3 weeks.

I definitely need to pick up the speed, but I am very pleased with ranking #13 of 18 overall of the other shooters in Production at Silver Creek on my first attempt!!!
