Unable to view the feedback system announcement

I tried to read the announcement on the feedback system, but it says:

ElsiePeaRN, you do not have permission to access this page.

Anything I can do?

I think you are right. The system seems to know when Anthony logs in as us and it lets HIM see it

I had the same problem. Cleared cookies,cache etc. and restarted browser and it works now.

I did this and it still won't let me in.

I'm left in the dark with the girls and not in a good way either.

Make sure that you cleared all of the cookies etc. I unchecked the favorites so that it cleared those as well. I am not an expert at all but it worked for me.

I'm back to the conspiracy theory I cleared my cache, cookies & history and it still won't let me in to see the announcement. I tried using IE, Firefox and Chrome and still get the error message.

I've logged in as each user in this thread, i can view the announcement just fine.

Please post exactly what your doing & the links your using to view the global announcement.

I hit new posts. It comes up at the top of the list. Click on it and it says:

christman, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
