    I had the same problem. Cleared cookies,cache etc. and restarted browser and it works now.

    I did this and it still won't let me in.

    I'm left in the dark with the girls and not in a good way either.

    Make sure that you cleared all of the cookies etc. I unchecked the favorites so that it cleared those as well. I am not an expert at all but it worked for me.

    I'm back to the conspiracy theory :( I cleared my cache, cookies & history and it still won't let me in to see the announcement. I tried using IE, Firefox and Chrome and still get the error message.

    I've logged in as each user in this thread, i can view the announcement just fine.

    Please post exactly what your doing & the links your using to view the global announcement.

    I hit new posts. It comes up at the top of the list. Click on it and it says:
