Typo? Or am I missing something.. 500 rnds .45 for $43.87?

I have checked this several times, and can't figure it out. Is this a typo or something? Also, looks like the box in the picture says "Law enforcement ammo". Is this for LE only to purchase?

I think the case amount should say 50 and is a box, not a case. Sloppy advertising at best. And you can purchase Range LE ammo. Also this is the previously manufactured Black Talon, just not black anymore. I have both and they are identical except for color. Can't have that evil looking Black Talon ammo now, can we?

I was thinking the typo was in the price. If you look at this page, there are two listings. One with a "- b -" for bulk i think, and one below it with "- a -" maybe for just ammo. The -a- listing says 50 and the -b- listing says 500

Looks like they'll charge you 10 cents less per box if you order 10. Try it and see.

It would be nice if the guy had set up his automated emailer to be a bit more personal though.

Actually, from my perspective the worst thing that could happen is you end up getting 1 box of 50, having paid $43.87, plus $5 shipping, for 50 rounds. That's not a very good deal at all.

I just ordered some too. I ordered 2 500rd cases of the Winchester Ranger, and 1 200rd case of the Hornady.

I figure, if it's a typo I just have them refund my money. The thing that caught my eye is that the original price is set at $438, but underneath that it says "sale price: $43." It's definitely not a typo on the round count, because they have a regular 50 listing too, and this one is listed as the bulk case. So I guess it's worth a shot... or 500 to be exact

Either way, not a bad price, and in the event that they did mislabel it and still charge me a tenth the true value, I'll somehow try to sleep at night.

While that may be true, that's why I took a screen shot of the order and confirmation number. If 120rds show up at my down instead of 1200rds, I'll be making a call to Ammunition Depot for a refund.

With $15.00 flat rate shipping my order came to $91.71 and my receipt shows I ordered the numbers indicated above. So hopefully I'll get really lucky.
