    I gotta say RCBS rocks!

Back in '20 I ordered my first reloading kit, the RCBS Rebel Plus reload kit that includes almost everything needed to get started reloading. First issue was with the digital scales. You're supposed to turn it on and leave the calibration weight on it for 20 minutes to "warm up" the electronics to stabilize readings, then perform the calibration procedure. Problem was the darn thing would just auto shut off after 5 minutes. Called RCBS and explained that I could not get my scale to stay on long enough to calibrate, they agreed that was not normal and just sent me another new one. No hassle, no questionnaire, no returning this one, etc. Less than 3 minutes on the phone.

Last year I added the Pocket Swager die set so I could use my once fired PMC X-TAC NATO cases. A few days ago I snapped the small primer pocket swaging rod when a case went into the die cocked. Totally my fault, I should have been more careful guiding the shellcase in. I called RCBS support and told them I snapped my small swager rod, expecting to have to purchase a spare. They took my info and I now have a new one pronto.

On the invoice sent with the new one, the "Reported Issue" field just says "worn". LOL I love how they translated "I snapped my small swaging rod" to "worn".
