Oh yeah, while it's not in the rules the dump pouch is pretty much mandatory equipment, as it unlocks the ability to do proactive reloads fast and avoid dropping partial mags.

You can just show up. Best thing to do is get on the email list just to make sure it's not canceled for weather at the last minute.
