Not a fan of this show. The promoter likes to get on the PA system with 30-40 minutes left in the day and starts rushing people out the door. Wouldn't be that big of a deal if the vendor's didn't start covering tables. If a show hours are 8-5 then I expect to be able to look until 5 o'clock. After all I paid to enter the show.

You can't beat the price to go to this one but then again don't expect to see much IMO - Mostly over priced used guns and there's only like one new gun dealer there (one of size). IMO they need more new gun dealers

Picked up 13 CAA AR mags for about $8/ea. Didn't see many other good deals though, hoping to find some 1-4 or 1-6 optics but there was NOTHING there by way of quality optics. Grabbed a can of 7.62x54 for $100, but that's just because I haven't seen the benefit in driving to pick up what I've seen for $90/can.

I went today just for grins since I have not been to that show in about 10 years. Wasted the six bux on admission. Totally worthless show.

You guys that are complaining about the show either aren't looking for very many things, or you aren't looking hard enough. I went on Sunday and still left with a backpack full of goodies that I picked up at reasonable prices...and the lead bullets were a bargain!
    Trailboss powder $18/can
100gr lead RN bullets for .380 auto $4/100
    105gr lead SWC for 9mm (sized .356) $4/100
    105gr lead SWC for .38 Spl (sized .358) $4/100
4 boxes of 25-35 Winchester factory ammo $25/box
    20rd box of 25-20 Winchester $17.00
5rd clip of 303 British WWII incendiary ammo
11rds of 45 Long Colt Exploder ammo from the 1980s
1rd of Norma 44 Auto Mag

The items I bought covered 3 different areas of interest: components for reloading, loaded ammo for shooting, and rare cartridges for collecting. I didn't find any guns to buy, but I don't have to buy a gun every show to have fun and consider the show successful.

I'm glad you found some items that you felt were a bargin. I don't reload or collect odd-ball ammo. I still think the show was fun to attend, I just didn't find anything I could live without.

I saw a couple of pistols that interested me. A 1934 Mauser 7.65/.32 acp and an Astra 400 in 9mm Largo, but I decided to pass. The Mauser was priced pretty good. I really don't have much use for a .32, but it was a neat little gun... and it was a Mauser. :) The Astra wasn't a bad price either, but I resisted temptation. Holding off for the Louisville show this weekend.

Had a good time as always. Picked up some odds and ends as well as some 7.62x54R in spam cans.

Two extremely high sellers that I noted ( probably more ) ..had computers at their stations that they were checking every few minutes .

I REALLY wanted to ask them if they ever USE those computers to look up and see what a gun SHOULD actually cost at a retail store .( new ).

I know that it would have the same effect as banging my head against a brick so I stayed quiet and keep walking .

Ah , the power of NO..

I remember the first time we went to this show. Walked in to the first "room", made our way around and thought....that's it?? We didn't realize (but found out) that there was a large gymnasium filled just down the hallway. Great show, always worth the trip.

I did the exact same thing: this was my first time to this show. Honestly, I was expecting more, but I ended up scoring a few well priced items.
