Conservative train despises wind energy. NSFW language.

Prediction...more comments than my Blackwater Raven 23 thread failure. Minor click bait :)

Anyone know why they didn't just pull it ahead before the 70mph train hit it?

Seems like about the time the lights came on would be the time to scrap the load, ram a few signals, and save the rest of the equipment and possibly a couple of lives?

I sure wouldn't want to be sitting in that train and looking at a 100 foot long composite spear getting bigger in my window.

I predict more comments than the failed thread.

    Guess I was right.
    What do I win?
Another chance at the Blackwater thread. ;) I thought it was fascinating, their first personal individual stories and collective triumph of good vs. evil! Shameful MSM style headline/verbage clickbait:cool:.

Story on a news site was the lead pace truck stopped to check the difficult crossing. That wouldn't have been part of the permit, likely not even the route. Typically LE escort too, not present. Glad no one was hurt, a real cluster duck.

For me I saw this one because it's in the break room.

The other one was in Gen Pol. and I don't venture in there near as often.
I've only been posting since March, joined over a decade ago. Got some things off my mind in Gen Pol, figured a few more things out, then now know I need to be out of those threads. I'm enjoying other areas of the forum, already know where I stand on Gen Pol issues.

I read another article about it that said these trucks typically approach this crossing so they'll drive straight over it rather than try to make that turn. The escort screwed the pooch on that one!

I still don't know why the truck driver didn't figure that out and punch it a bit before he did.

last year they were building wind turbines in our county one blade got damaged in transit, said the 3 blades are an exact set and they would have to replace all three and the other 2 were junk. Took them 3 months.
