Track your money order...

Quick question... Dude at premier arms said there was a website to track my money order I got from the post office that I sent in to the BATFE. I forgot what it is and don't wanna call him and ask the same question twice

The only way it can be done is to fill out a form (6401) at the post office. Will cost you $5.40 though.. They will then send you a copy of who cashed it. A real pain in the azz.

That is what post office told me, but my buddy said he tracked his easy. Good news is most form 1 and 4s are going pending in about two weeks give or take.

2 weeks isn't bad at all... I would have sent a personal check, but I don't have any thus sending a money order

On your part of the money order that you kept, there should be a phone # on the bottom. Call it and give them the MO # and it will tell you if has been cashed or not.

1-304-616-4500 order status number for atf, just fyi. They will ask you your name and serial # of item. If you have a trust it will be the trusts name not yours. Also serial # is without dashes.

Did you check into the USPS website? Maybe put the MO # into the track/confirm box?

I had to fax Rob Howard a copy of the canceled check.

His response was......ohhh, I guess we did get it!
