Who doesn't love nostalgic firearms and/or interesting and different guns that what the guys on the left and right of you, at the range have, right?

Picked up this little jewel, recently.

It's a Harrington and Richardson Third Model (Smokeless Powder) .32 S&W Auto Ejecting, 1st Variation, made between 1905 and 1908

I am on the hunt for reloading dies, now. I have brass and a double cavity bullet mold inbound.

Nice looking old piece! FleaBay has a few dies listed just now. a couple of expanders, one powder through, and a complete set in IL for ~$80 (no crimp die if that caliber needs it, not familiar with .32)

Neat gun! love those old break tops, wish I'd bought those ones I've seen over the years for the low prices....good luck, hope you get to reload for it, or find ammo.

My grandpa gifted me an H&R Sportsman .22 top break, was my first handgun. The little sucker is beat to hell but she keeps ticking and I keep oiling to keep the rust off. It's a shame not many top breaks are made anymore, I've heard because they're weaker than side loaders.

Ive got 3 old H&R tops. 2 32's one hammered the other hammerless. Also have a 38S&W that was my great grandmothers. It has some pitting but still functions for a 105yr old firearm.

Holy cow. That was the very first handgun that I ever shot in Kane, Pennsylvania, 5th grade, Spring Break.

Drove my first motor vehicle, 1943 Willys jeep (painted yellow), and shot my first handgun that holiday. Begged dad for one until he got me the Colt Frontier a year later.

    Thanks for the photo, Scout!

I have the same Deluxe Sportsman pictured above. Great gun! Shoots .22 ammo like nobody' business. Even have 4 HKS speedloaders for it. And it is so much fun watching a newbie trying to figure out how to open the cylinder.
