    My cousin was part of the Old Guard, though he did not do the Tomb. He said those are the most dedicated guys in the military, borderlining on obsession. God bless them.

    This isnt the first time this has happened. All I can say is hell yeah, those guys are awesome, as are all of our military.

    And I'll bet he was a 3rd Degree Mason as well. Possibly Scottish Rite? My FIL was all 3. 3rd Degree Mason, Scottish Rite, and Shriner also. One of the 2 best and most honest men you could ever have the privilege of meeting. IMO.

    Glad to see some things really don't change. I was privileged to observe the Changing of the Guard on my 8th grade class trip to D.C. A stop to pay respects at the Tomb should be on every American's bucket list, as well as every field trip to the District.
