    This one just in and filed today. The 3rd Circuit struck down a Pennsylvania ban on 18-20 year-olds carrying firearms outside their homes during a "time of emergency" (whatever that means -- and however that's abused). It's been remanded back to the District Court in PA with instructions for that court to enjoin PA from arresting anyone 18-20 who is carrying simply because of their age.
