I've noticed the wild turkeys are more visible the last couple of weeks.

I just took this picture out our sunroom window.

That's pretty cool. You get all kinds of critters down there... deer, coyotes, turkeys, machinegun shooters...

The deer, coyotes, and turkeys are quieter....and don't leave watermelon guts strewn about! :D

However, I do greatly enjoy the annual migration of the rare INGO camoflaged machinegun shooters at our place!!:yesway:

It just proves that Turkeys must be deaf.

Either that, or they're still shell shocked from all the noise from NFA weekend. :ar15::ar15:

    BTW, gorgeous property!:rockwoot:

I saw 3 on Northshore Dr near Lake lemon a couple weeks ago. I don't know where you are in BC but you never saw them here when I was a kid, especially 4 in the yard. great pic

When I lived in Brown County the first time, circa 1991-1998, I rarely saw any wild turkey. In the last few years here (near Cottonwood Christian Church) we've seen them in flocks of 12+ around the area of our bird feeders. They will even challenge the deer for the corn that is out!
