So I dug a little deeper.

It appears that the story originated on 4chan way before the election, as people were typing up and submitting fake scandals to buzzfeed's request page for personal stories about Donald Trump, but they altered the story to add a Russian spy angle.

This is how desperate the left is now.

I mean... Really... They think this is real? LOL

Maybe you should go to work for CNN or the CIA.

A completely unverified list of dirt paid for and distributed by the Clinton campaign months prior the election... that all news, political and intelligence entities have had for months and haven't been able to substantiate a single allegation...

... just doesn't have the same "gravitas", and hence, doesn't support the narrative.

Editted to add: IMO, it's a smear job that was released by Clinton when she wasn't "leading by 50%" that no one was willing to touch... warmed over to coincide with the Tillerson hearings.

IMHO this Trump-is-in-league-with-the-Russians was a bad idea from the beginning. Part of me wonders if this isn't some sort of "fair play" retribution for Trump's birther stance.
