Goooood afternoon INGO. MMmmm, the wife made home made from scratch Blueberry Pancakes with fresh sausage for brunch. I'm stuffed.

We found a farmer in a town close by that makes flour from his own wheat. It's really good. It's whole grain, but there is no bitterness that you sometimes find in whole grain

It will catch up to you eventually. I didn't have my first until I was 30. And by the way, that's the same time my hair started to turn grey.
