Huge thank you to the hosts and all that attended. You all are most definitely my people and it was nice to spend time with everyone again.

For those that got to witness my headache from hell, I made a full recovery just prior to seeing CM. And I was thankful for that because it was great to see him and CKW. Love them two just like family!

As I lay awake here @ Clear Lake Iowa, in this huge camper with Family all around me, I can just feel the love y'all brought to the day for the FGE. Sounds like it was another hoot and that the food was crackin' good. I'm doing everything in my power to make this next one. I am empty not seeing you guys. I probably need to make a run to Greenwood or similar to see some friends and hit a range soon. Shall we.? I look forward to that. Peace out....

Highlight reel of our year usually starts with the FGE. ONLY outshined by the occasional birth of a grandchild.
I sat down in the recliner with a glass of Taxman's Exemption wit a cat in my lap after I brought the equipment in last n ight. Made it through the beer and posting a few pictures but I woke up in the same position @ 0100. Went to bed and slept until 0730.
On my second cup of coffee and blueberry Danish. (Thank you Ben) Still a whole box of crack donuts here. Watching venison from the dining room table.

Baking in the glow seems like a weak description for how I feel. Delighted and whooped all at the same time comes pretty close. Great fun.
Cat is helping me dry out my pistol case.

I ate 3 of those crack donuts and probably a dozen crack donut holes yesterday. Sooooo good!
